How to change the school video:
- Click Select from Media Library to open the WordPress media uploader
- Upload your video file (MP4 recommended, max 500MB) or select an existing one
- Click Save & Publish to make it live on the homepage
- The video will auto-play (muted) on the homepage as background
- Click Remove Video to revert to the animated demo
